Facilities were clean and neat. The lack of on-site management raised concerns, especially regarding our personal information left open for others to see. Reaching out for restaurant recommendations via phone was met with the suggestion to 'check your phone. ' My wife and I struggled with the window air conditioner's persistent loud noise throughout the night, even on the lowest setting. The TV setup was frustrating too, with multiple remote controls and no directions to figure out how to watch anything. The little kitchenette across the hall offered nice snacks but the noisy staff interactions after restaurant hours disrupted our sleep. Our room had a pleasant charm but no refrigerator, which was inconvenient. I had reserved our stay in my name, but upon arrival, my boyfriend's card was charged even though I planned to treat him for Mother's Day. Checkout was confusing, as there was no one present to help. we simply left the key behind.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01outdoor gardensbreakfast experiencelocal ingredientsrestaurant noise
The beautiful outdoor gardens offer a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The unique breakfast experience featured quality local ingredients and a menu that had a creative twist, making mornings something to look forward to.
Noise from the restaurant can be quite disruptive late at night, making it tough to catch some Zs. Furthermore, the inconsistent availability of hot water during peak times can put a damper on your shower plans. The lack of elevator access might be a hassle for anyone carrying heavy luggage or with mobility concerns, especially on the upper floors.
